Only affects earnings that haven't been pushed to payout
Safe implementation that doesn't impact already processed commissions
How It Works
⚙️ Configuration Process
Access Targets: Navigate to your target configuration
Select Clawback Stages: Choose which deal stages indicate customer churn or cancellation
Save Configuration: Apply settings
🔄 Automatic Processing
When a deal enters a selected clawback stage, it's automatically flagged
Target attainments are recalculated in real-time
Connected earnings are adjusted before payout processing
