1) Start on the Home-Dashboard

To begin the commission settlement process, the most important section is the “Approved Earnings” box. Here, you can easily track whether all commission claims for the current and previous months have already been transferred to payout. Your goal is to reach 100%, ensuring that no commission is left unprocessed.

Next to it, you will see the “Earnings” box, which shows the number of unapproved commissions. Please click the “Review Earnings” button to continue.

2) Earnings

You will land on the Earnings page for the current month.

Important: In most cases, you will first need to navigate to the previous month, as this is where the commissions relevant for settlement are located.
Example: If you are performing settlement in December, you will review the commissions calculated in November.

You will now see a complete list of all calculated commissions, broken down by deal, incentive, and employee.

Important: The commission amount shown under “Earnings” reflects the full commission entitlement. If you are using payout rules, the amount payable in the current month may differ. Use the “View payout schedule” button to understand how much commission becomes payable and when, or which amounts are still pending.

Your task is to verify that the commission entitlement is correctly assigned, uses the correct commission rate, and that no deals are missing. If anything is missing, please contact Centify Support directly for assistance.

If everything appears correct, select the commissions and click the “Push to Payout” button that appears. The selected commissions will disappear from your current view and will be transferred to the payout section.

These commissions are now finalized and will no longer receive updates from the CRM or incentive configuration.

3) Payouts

You are now in the “In Review” tab, where you can see which commissions have become payable for the current month.

If you are using payout rules, commissions from previous months, as well as partial commission amounts, may also have become payable. You can use the employee filters or click “View by employee” to see the total payout amount per employee.

Your task is to verify that all commissions eligible for payment in the month are correctly listed.

If you believe that a commission has not been triggered correctly, navigate to the “Waiting” tab. Here, you will find all commissions that are still pending their payout conditions. You can locate the missing commission, select it, and manually assign the payout date to the current settlement month.

Afterward, return to the “In Review” tab, select all payouts, and click the “Approve” button that appears. The selected payouts will move to the next stage and appear in the “Export” tab.

In the top right corner, you will find the “Download Excel” button, which allows you to export either:

  • The total payout per employee, or

  • A detailed payout report per deal

Once the commissions have been paid, select all payouts in the “Export” tab and click the “Mark as paid” button.

4) Congratulations!

You have successfully completed your commission settlement.
